UMI's tubular non-adjustable panhard bar is a direct replacement for the flimsy stock stamped panhard bar, it adds strength as well as bushing improvement. The panhard bar greatly increases rear stability, controls side movement and body flex; a must when hard driving habits are present.
Tools Required:
  • Socket Wrench
  • Torque Wrench
  • 18mm Socket
  • 21mm Socket
  • 18mm Wrench
  • 21mm Wrench
  • Jack
  • Jack Stands
  • Grease Gun
  • High Quality Grease
  • Rubber Mallet (or a thick, soft rag)
  • Wheel Chucks


Procedure:
  • Chuck the front wheels
  • Jack the rear end of the car up and place jack stands under the frame
  • Check front wheels and adjust chucks as needed
  • Either remove the jack from under the car, or lower it just enough that it is not touching the axle. Leaving the jack will help keep the axle from rolling when the Panhard Bar is removed
